Seif Chowdhury PE, is the President and Founder of SC Engineers, P.C. Prior to establishing the firm, Seif held design and construction leadership roles in the private sector, as well as management positions within government agencies. He has served as both a designer and construction manager on major infrastructure projects, including his role as Amtrak’s Principal Engineer for the $30 billion Gateway Program, which comprised multiple multibillion-dollar rail infrastructure projects along the Northeast Corridor. Seif’s experience includes leading design and program management teams, managing stakeholder engagement, coordinating with DOT and FRA, and overseeing risk management for large-scale tunnel, rail, and bridge infrastructure projects from initiation through closeout.
