Description:

The longest span of the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge, the East River Suspension Bridge to Queens, connects with the Grand Central Parkway and the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. The project involves repairs & modifications to site security, lighting, site work including temporary fencing, landscaping, approach roadways (including any on grade concrete or above grade concrete or asphalt pavement), electrical systems, steel & concrete supporting structures, stormwater drainage and utilities, removing & repairing spalling concrete, replacing damaged scuppers, replacing damaged railings, replacing damaged or missing light pole, addressing corrosion by cleaning & power washing specified bridge elements, roadway barriers, sidewalk barriers and median on Suspended Span, Queens Approach, Bronx Crossing, Harlem River Lift Span, and Anchorages.
