Jose Pineda PE, CHST, is the PMCM Director – Electrical Systems at SC Engineers PC, with over 23 years of experience spanning electrical design, construction management, and resident engineering. Jose leads electrical engineering efforts on complex infrastructure and transportation projects, including major upgrades for bridges, tunnels, rail, and wastewater facilities. His expertise includes power distribution, substations, traction power, SCADA, lighting, generators, and electrical safety compliance across active construction environments. Mr. Pineda serves as the Electrical Resident Engineer, Project Manager, and Electrical designer on many of SC Engineers’ projects.
Mr. Pineda holds B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Hofstra University and is a U.S. Army veteran with a background in power systems and leadership. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in NY, NJ, PA and holds multiple safety certifications, including CHST and CESCP.
