AW-X9 Rehabilitation of the HVAC Systems at the Hugh L. Carey Tunnel and Queens Midtown Tunnel Service Buildings

The project involves the full rehabilitation of HVAC systems at the Hugh L. Carey Tunnel and Queens Midtown Tunnel service buildings, including replacement of rooftop units, boilers, ductwork, and obsolete infrastructure, as well as hazardous material abatement and roof restoration.

TN-58A/TN-58B – Electrical Upgrades at the Service Building and Lighting Improvements at the Queens Approach of Throgs Neck Bridge

The project consists of electrical upgrades at the Throgs Neck Bridge Service Building and lighting improvements along the Queens Approach, executed under two separate Design-Bid-Build contracts.
