Description:

The project consists of the replacement of the damaged and deteriorated existing timber bridge fender system with a new concrete-filled steel pipe pile fender structure along with new navigation lighting and replacement of submarine cables. Scope included design management and permitting support from NYS DEC, USACE, and the coast guard.
