Rehabilitation of Pump Rooms at Four Locations and the Rehabilitation of Concourse Yard Substation
The Project involves managing two design-bid-build construction
contracts: rehabilitation of four pump rooms (Contract E40857) and
rehabilitation of the Concourse Yard Substation, Circuit Breaker House
#551, and IND Zone #20 battery and control cable (Contract P36727).
The PMC manages construction administration, schedule reviews, site
inspections, compliance verification, document control, cost tracking,
change management, and stakeholder coordination. Additional
responsibilities include contractor payment reviews, safety monitoring,
non-conformance tracking, and oversight of third-party materials testing.
Final inspections, commissioning, and closeout documentation are also
included. SC Engineers as a subconsultant, provides traction power and
mechanical field inspection services.
