Description:

Replacement of a century-old 2-track movable bridge that crosses the Hutchinson River in the Bronx, NY. Managed consultant WSP on developing conceptual engineering design and obtaining NEPA compliance from FRA. Coordinated design with MTA MNR – Penn Access project. Represented Amtrak during the PSA VE study.
